FAQs

  • I am offering in person session for clients that live in Houston, Texas.

    In addition I offer virtual session throughout Texas and Washington.

  • I am in-network with:

    • Texas: Aetna, Cigna, Optum

    • Washington: Premera Blue Cross & LifeWise

    For all other insurance providers, I am considered out-of-network.

    However, I offer billing through Thrizer, a platform that automatically submits claims on your behalf after each session. Once your deductible is met, you can expect 50-80% reimbursement for each appointment, deposited directly into your bank account.

    Thrizer will also work with you to clarify your benefits and help you understand how much your insurance will cover for session fees.

    • 50-minute session: $160

    • Extended sessions: Available upon request—let’s create a custom intensive session tailored to your needs!

  • Initially, we will meet weekly to build trust, establish rapport, and create space for deeper healing. Over time, depending on your progress and needs, we can adjust to biweekly sessions to continue supporting your goals.

  • The length of therapy varies based on your individual goals.

    Some clients find they reach their objectives in a few months, while others benefit from ongoing support.

    Others may pause and return to therapy as needed during different phases of life.

  • Our first session will cover the logistics of therapy and answer any questions you have.

    You’ll also have the opportunity to share your goals so I can best support you.

    We’ll wrap up by discussing any personal resources available to help you along your healing journey.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a federally required document for self-pay clients. It outlines the expected costs of services based on the information available at the time of the estimate.

    This estimate does not account for unforeseen circumstances that may arise during treatment. If you are billed for more than the estimated amount, you have the right to dispute the charges.
