Does it feel like anxiety is running your life?You find it difficult to be in the present. You are often fixating on things that are outside of your control. You notice how it negatively impacts how you show up in your relationships with colleagues, peers, family members,etc. You’ve had enough and are ready to take your life back. 

Anxiety is a survival response. It protects us from perceived threats. it can begin to become problematic when everything becomes a threat. It feels like you are waiting for the other shoe to drop. It reasonable to feel anxious especially in the times we are living in. We can become paralyzed with anxiety when everything feels like a threat. You live your life from a place of fear, distrust, and excessive worry.
