We also acknowledge larger traumas predate your existence, historical and generational trauma play a large role in your wellbeing. Trauma can be transferred for one generation to another without anybody labeling it trauma. You maybe holding trauma in your body that is not yours.

In trauma therapy the intention is move your nervous system into safety and connection. we do that building a relationship of safety with the present. Trauma lives in the body as well, so we want to release the trauma from your body. To do that we build capacity to face the trauma at a slow pace to build that capacity.

My Approach
